Description
Honey type included:
ACACIA
The honey made from acacia flowers is pale and its pollen can range from light yellow to transparent white. Its aroma is that of acacia blossoms, and its taste is delicate and sweet. Acacia honey is often used to address coughing or indigestion. A honey universally liked, it is particularly suitable for use as sweetener since its delicate flavor does not change the underlying taste of the substances it is added to.
MILLEFIORI
Millefiori honey, which in Italian means “honey of a thousand flowers”, is golden in color and has a complex flavor profile. Its flavor represents the diversity of the many wildflowers visited by the bees who make it. The more flowers visited by a single bee, the more complex its honey’s flavor and aroma become. Millefiori honey is often used for its ambrosial taste. It also has homeopathic uses and is a common addition to teas to soothe sore throats.
