Our FarmShare Box’s are our version of an International CSA. Each season we partner with our farmers to give you a box full of the freshest ingredients, picked at peak ripeness, and preserved either through the traditional Pugliese sott’oli method of preserving vegetables in extra virgin olive oil, or preserving fruits with just sugar and water to make marmelades, or jarring the vegetables to keep the flavor in. We love giving you a tasting of what it is like to eat in Puglia during those months, so you can create that same feeling right in your own home! By choosing to support the Farm Share you are also directly supporting the small-scale family farmers we partner with in Puglia, that are using sustainable organic methods to grow everything on their farms, from olives, to vegetables, to honey, to grazing animals! Everything on our partner farms is interconnected, and it is great to be able to ensure you as a consumer know where your food is coming from!
