Profile: The extra virgin olive oil produced from hand-picked Leccino and Peranzana olives has a characteristic medium fruitiness, low acidity, robustness, and delicious aftertaste. The Peranzana is a medium-sized olive, and the oil it produces is low in acidity with a very balanced flavor. It is ideal for steamed vegetables, or simply drizzled on good bread or pasta.
